Freedom’s Heritage hit the road this spring to attend some home-school conventions and book fairs!  Jonathan, Melinda, and Linda were the primary travelers and representatives.  We experienced a lot of fun and we arrived home from our travels with special memories.  Each convention had different “personalities” and we greatly enjoyed meeting a variety of home-schoolers in different parts of the country.

Our first convention was OCHEC in Oklahoma where we enjoyed meeting and talking to fellow “Okies” and sharing our love for history with them.  We then headed to Wichita, Kansas and had a wonderful time not only selling books and meeting many new people, but also listening to inspiring messages.

In June, we packed up our SUV and headed to two back-to-back conventions, one in Colorado and one in Missouri.  Both were fantastic!  What a delight to meet new people who have a love for history!

Our last convention was just this past week in Plano, TX and again we were blessed with meeting many new friends.

With the conventions behind us, we rejoice with what God has done so far and what He has accomplished through Freedom’s Heritage.  It is our prayer that the people who purchased our books at the conventions will be ignited with a greater love for the true stories of history and that through your study you will develop a deeper love for the Author of history and His Providential work through the ages.

To each of you we met at the conventions, the Lord bless you as you study history and we hope we can meet again!

We are planning our schedule for next year’s conventions.  We will announce the places as soon as we confirm locations and dates.
